This substantial change represents, for Space Hosting, the achievement of an important milestone, in which the company enjoys optimal hardware from the point of view of the processor, ram, network and storage.
With the new storage the server boot time and program start-up are greatly reduced,the re-installation of the operating system is reduced to 1 minute and the execution of all task will occur in a much shorter time, leading the server to hold a greater number of threads. (chrome istance).
All customers who currently have one or more active plans, of the virtual dedicated server or reselling packages, will now be able to use only and exclusively NVME SSDs.
In particular, customers who have noticed a Down time in their VPS and subsequently an improvement in performance have already been migrated to the new nodes with NVME SSDs..
We have decided not to increase the price of the different packages despite the addition of the NVME SSD and a substantial improvement in performance, however we must necessarily decrease the default storage giga for each individual server, which can be increased through the use of configurable options.
Regarding Virtual Dedicated Servers, they have been updated with a new number of default gigabytes of storage SSD NVME.
Regarding Reseller , they will be able to create machines with no more than 60 gigabytes of NVME SSD storage.
In case of a particular need, if someone needs more gigs, on a single machine, he will be forced to create a ticket.
If we notice unauthorized reseller machines with more than 60 gigabytes of NVME space they will be deleted without notice.
